Mutual Assurance Administrators, Inc. deals exclusively with Brokers and Consultants. Our Marketing Staff is very experienced and can provide as much or as little assistance as required.

Once you have business with us, you may register and have access to your client(s)' information on PEBSInet. The security is designed to provide the report information you need to properly service your account without violating HIPAA Privacy or other regulations.

Our markets are representative of the finest stop-loss carriers and Managing General Underwriters (MGU) in the country. Additionally, MAA has achieved "Preferred" TPA status with Mutual of Omaha. This designation provides our customers with superior rates and underwriting considerations not available with other TPAs.

We need the following information to quote:

Minimum Group Size - 50 Lives

Groups under 100 employees and currently fully insured:

  1. Name of Group, type of industry and location of group (with zip code)
  2. If group has multiple locations need location by zip code and how many employees in each location.
  3. Census with date of birth or age, sex and dependent status.
  4. Current rates and renewal rates.
  5. Copy of current plan of benefits and requested proposed benefits.
  6. Information on all large claims including diagnosis, prognosis, date of claims, and dollar amount paid.

Groups over 100 lives and are currently fully insured:

  1. Information in #s 1-6 above, plus premium and paid claims for past 24 months (preferably 36 months).

Groups currently Self-funded regardless of size:

  1. Information in #s 1-6 above.
  2. Month by month claims experience and number of employees and dependents covered, for last 12 months (preferably for last 24 months). This information must be from an excess loss report produced by the current TPA or insurance carrier.
